Honest, hard working and reliable! James and his team removed an 80ft tree that fell on our home during a recent wind storm. Other companies gave outrageous quotes, estimated a week or more before they could help, and others said they were unsure if they could remove the tree without doing further damage to the house. James and Arborist Prime removed the tree without issue, and we were able to go home soon than expected! We would absolutely hire again, and we recommend you do the same! They were the best! James is extremely knowledgeable and we loved getting his expertise as an arborist when we had the largest pine tree in our yard die. He gave us a wealth of information on additional trees and helped us get the dead pine tree cut down and hauled away in a timely manner. We can’t recommend Arborist Prime enough!
I highly recommend the Arborist Prime team. A quote was provided quickly and they were able to get the needed tree removal and pruning scheduled around travel and vacation commitments. The work was performed efficiently and the clean- up left the area looking nice. The team is not only competent with tree removal, but also with maintaining tree health. They were able to save one tree that I thought had to be removed. I also had many breakable pots in the area and none were damaged. Arborist Prime will be my tree consultant and service provider going forward.
James did a great job meeting our needs and had great communication. We had a large Elm tree split between ours and our neighbor’s property that branches started falling over our driveway and risks over our roof. He really listened to what we were looking for, and offered different options and recommendations that made sense without trying to push a sale. Will definitely work with him again.
James and his team provided excellent service trimming and pruning 5 trees and removing a 6th tree. They were efficient, professional, and cleaned up the area very well at the end of the job. The five remaining trees looked great with all dead wood removed.
